Stephanie Hardy-Boyles founded Hardy Creative in Orlando, FL in 1998. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Mississippi with a minor in business. In 1990 she started work for a design agency producing marketing and branding for Universal and Disney. She then worked as a consultant for national advertising and marketing agencies located in Orlando.
